Paulina Farías Castro
Paulina provides legal counsel to clients across a variety of sectors, with a particular emphasis on environmental matters, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
Building on this focus, she has advised companies in the transportation, telecommunications, retail, and food industries, ensuring they meet their legal obligations in an efficient and responsible manner. She has also led the design and implementation of corporate data protection policies.
Paulina provides strategic legal guidance on applicable regulations, required permits for operating in Chile, associated risks, and regulatory opportunities. She also has extensive experience representing companies before public authorities in permitting processes and administrative sanction procedures.

Andrea de la Vega Silva
Andrea advises both national and international companies on compliance matters, in line with the Chilean Corporate Criminal Liability Law. Her work focuses on designing robust crime prevention models, drafting internal policies and protocols, delivering training sessions, and conducting internal investigations.
She has also developed a strong practice in dispute resolution, representing clients in a broad range of matters, including consumer protection, customs law, and general civil disputes.

María Teresa Fernández García-Huidobro
María Teresa has extensive experience as an in-house counsel, legal manager for a family office, and as an attorney at leading law firms. She has advised companies and family-owned businesses, particularly in civil law, corporate and real estate matters. She also advises nonprofit organizations on corporate governance and statutory structuring, serving as both a board member and board advisor.
María Teresa advises on general corporate law, including commercial and wealth restructuring matters. Her work includes drafting corporate documents to strengthen governance structures and shareholder or partner relations, supporting negotiation processes, and drafting complex contracts in the areas of construction and financing structures for real estate and energy projects. She also prepares legal opinions, conducts due diligence processes, and participates in M&A transactions.
